AU delivery
Delivery is free on orders of $150 or more. Orders under $150 have a flat $15 delivery charge. We deliver to every state and territory of Australia.
Dispatch and timings
We aim to have your order dispatched within one to two working days. Many of our engraved gifts ship direct to you from our supplier warehouses in Germany, the United States and the United Kingdom, so including that handling time most orders arrive within 8 to 16 working days from the date you place the order, using a tracked courier. Items held in Australia arrive sooner, and the product page says if an item ships from overseas. If you need a gift by a fixed date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. See Track Your Parcel for help.
